Sales and Business Development
Equity Opportunity for a top producer. You must have prior experience selling high ticket business services to business leadership in a competitive market. You must have excellent prospecting and closing skills and the entrepreneurial mindset to become a partner within five years. Selling high-tech marketing services will be extremely helpful. You must have prior earnings of at least $100,000.
This position requires a self-starter who can work with limited direct supervision, is entrepreneurial in spirit, and has strong leadership skills that align to help the company achieve quarterly and annual objectives. This role will be a strategic driving force behind reaching $10M ARR by the end of 2023.

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Beyond excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing agencies is a plus.
- Create urgency in the sales pipeline by moving prospects from Booked Call to Signed Contract to Client Launch.
- You enjoy communicating with people and providing value beyond the sale.
- Record everything about prospect interactions
- Client referral harvesting.
This role will be evaluated based on:
- Self-generate sales qualified opportunities that match our requirements.
- New Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) added by moving prospects from Booked Call to Signed Contract.
- Maintain healthy average client value in line with company pricing.
