Our Daily Bread Ministries, a global Christian organization producing content in 58 languages, needed to transform its digital outreach. Their ambitious goal: go beyond daily devotionals and engage global audiences with powerful stories of Bible engagement, donor impact, and regional initiatives.

The Challenge

Our Daily Bread Ministries had a vision: to connect with their global audience in a deeper, more personalized way. While Salesforce Marketing Cloud had been deployed, it was primarily configured for one purpose—distributing daily devotionals across multiple languages.

However, the needs of the ministry were growing. Each regional office had its own marketing priorities and campaigns—like the Light Project in Indonesia, where solar-powered lights were being distributed to families without electricity. These stories and initiatives needed to reach the right people at the right time—but the current setup wasn’t flexible or segmented enough to handle this complexity.

With 15-20 users around the world interacting with the system in very different ways, and CRM integrations lagging behind, the tool wasn’t living up to its promise.
