These are one of the local powerhouses.  They aren’t for small companies, but they have the full portfolio of services to handle anything you throw at them.  The seem to mostly be a Microsoft centric agency when I have interacted with them.  I love their design work and creativity.  www.352inc.com

The second of three powerhouse companies here in the central Florida area.  They have a very strong programming and user experience team.  They aren’t as glitzy as the others, but their work and quality customers speaks for itself.  www.mb2x.com

22Squared

They are more about traditional marketing than web, but their video campaigns are amazing.  With video so important these days, especially to B2C brands, you need to look these guys up.  They started here in Tampa, but their headquarters is now in Atlanta.  They have a young group of very socially adept marketers.  www.22quared.com

Overflow Design Group

Overflow is one of my favorites for really great graphic design.  They are just the right size company that can handle small and mid sized companies.  Their strength is clearly on the creative side and their team is extremely customer friendly and provide amazing support.  I can’t recommend them enough for both digital and print needs.  overflowdesigngroup.com

Well, I am sure you have your favorite of course and I know there are many I have never heard of at all. Like any city there are probably 5 small agencies within every 10 mile block.
